Playing safely at tombola

You can set yourself a maximum amount that you would like to spend in either a week or a day. You can do this yourself in the “my account” section and it will apply across tombola and tombola arcade. 

A Spend Limit consists of a players deposits minus their withdrawls to create their spend limit (find out more info on our Spend Limits page. 

A week runs from midnight on Monday to 23:59:59 the following Sunday. A day runs from midnight - midnight. A sitewide Net Deposit Limit of £250 per week/£1250 per month applies to all players and can't be exceeded in any cases. 

Can I change my Spend Limit?

If you're lowering your Spend Limit, this change is immediate.

If you're increasing your limit, the change will take 24 hours to take effect. You can also 'lock' your limit. This means you won't be able to increase your limit further until after the lock period has elapsed.

Please note that customer services are unable to alter limits set by players.

You should always only set a limit you can afford to lose. 

A Stake Limit is when you set you set yourself a maximum amount that you would like to stake per single game on either the bingo or arcade site.

If you choose to implement a Stake Limit, the change takes effect immediately. It'll stay in place until you make changes. You can lock a Stake Limit in place for up to 12 months to always ensure you're in control. 

Can I turn off my Stake Limit?

Yes, you can. If you decide to turn off your Stake Limit or raise the amount, a 24-hour cool-off period will be applied before you can confirm the change.

For more control over your spending, you can lock your Stake Limit in place for a set period of time. Once you've locked your limits, you can still lower them. Please note that your account will be frozen immediately and cannot be reactivated until the period has elapsed.

If you feel you need to take a break from the site for any reason, you can remove yourself from the website for 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Taking time out to reflect on your gambling is a good thing and you can do this yourself on the safeplay page.
